MGT 480 - Women in Management

3 Credits

A seminar designed to explore the psychosociocultural heritage of differential socialization in our society as it relates to opportunities for women in management. The seminar will also focus on career development and management skill building for women aspiring to managerial roles. Reading, research and experiential learning will be capped by individual research papers and presentations.
Prerequisite: senior standing in Business Administration or instructor permission.
