ASL 202 - Continuing Intermediate American Sign Language
3 Credits
Continuation of Asl 201. Review basic grammar, non-manual markers,
and culture. Introduction of more advanced level vocabulary,
structures, non-manual markers, and classifiers. Development of
intermediate level receptive and expressive skills, and
conversational skills that can be understood by native users of
ASL. Study of Deaf Culture and issues that impact the Deaf
Community.
Prerequisite: ASL 201 or equivalent.
