ART 208 - Introduction to Digital Imaging for the Fine Arts 3 Credits
This course offers study and studio experience in computer graphic
applications. Imagery studies include bit-map and object-oriented
drawing, scanning, digital photography, and image manipulation
techniques, scripting and implementing time lines. Emphasis is
placed on using the computer as a creative, image-generating tool
as well as offering foundation knowledge of visual communication,
networking, the World Wide Web, principles of coding, and time
based concepts.Note: This course is specifically designed for fine arts majors. Prerequisite: ART 105. When Offered: Fall, Spring
