Biology/General Science Extension Concentration for Adolescence Education 7-12 Major* (68-69 cr)
A. Core Requirements (15 cr)

- Area Electives—At least two courses from Area 1 and
at least one course from each Area 2 and 3 (12-14 cr)
- Free Electives— in department (7-9 cr) 7-9 hours of courses in Biological Sciences, excluded courses are BIO 101, 203, 207 and 211.

**A single Bio 492 course cannot be used to fill multiple requirements. A Bio 492 used for an area elective is in addition to the Bio 492 used as a core requirement. A Bio 492 that is used for one area elective cannot also be used for another area elective.
