HSC 295 - Life Skills for Success

This course is designed to assist the students at SUNY Oswego in exploring and developing life skills for success in and out of the classroom. By focusing on  “real life” skills and personal development, this course assists students with meeting daily challenges and enhancing their growth in college and the years beyond.

Prerequisite: Participate in intercollegiate athletics or instructor permission
