Program Description
This 5 year program combines curriculum providing an understanding of human behavior with business skills and knowledge essential for management and leadership. Upon completion of the program, graduates are equipped with the business knowledge, skills, and perspectives needed to succeed in a variety of careers. Whether pursuing roles in human resources, organizational development, marketing, consulting, or entrepreneurship, graduates bridge the gap between psychology and business to drive innovation, foster positive change, and make a lasting impact on organizations.

Curriculum Notes
Accepted students may take MBA 516 International Business and MBA 517 Organization and Management: A Global Perspective in their senior year. All other requirements for the regular MBA program remain the same for students enrolled in the combined degree program.

Additional Program Requirements
- Students with weak writing or oral communication skills will be required to complete extra coursework in those areas. Such coursework will appear on the student’s transcript, but may not be counted towards graduation in the student’s elective coursework.
