Global Politics and Governance Concentration (24-39 credits)


B. Elective Requirements 18 cr


Consists of courses focused on the study of political and social issues among states, the history and structure of the global order, and concerns about international organization, transnational social movements, global governance, and the global commons.
Select six courses under advisement. Courses must be taken from at least three different departments.

C. Cognate Requirements 0-15 cr


  • Intermediate (202) level competency in a foreign language of the region under advisement credit 0-12
  • Any approved computer and information literacy course -OR- passing the computer literacy competency exam credit 0-3
