*All students must pass a competency test in “before calculus” mathematics as part of MAT 304. MAT 304 is a prerequisite for student teaching. All students must show, by course work or demonstration to an advisor, competence in these technologies: graphing calculator, spreadsheets, general purpose mathematics software (e.g. Maple), and geometry software.
