MAT 407 - Actuarial Probability

A seminar for advanced students who wish to apply in detail particular aspects of Applied Probability in Actuarial Science. In particular, this course prepares students for Exam P offered by the Society of Actuaries. Emphasis is on in-depth analysis of such problems as probabilistic applications of Mathematical Statistics in the context of Insurance.

Prerequisite: MAT 354 and instructor permission.
