NAS 360 - American Indian Sovereignty This course examines the unique political relationships established between North American Indians and European colonial powers, and the effects of those relationships on subsequent sovereignty issues involving the United States. The focus is on the historical, legal, and cultural factors underlying interpretations of sovereignty, past and present.
