HRM 459 - Labor Relations The study of labor relations resulting in collective bargaining. An examination of the historical development of the labor movement and the structure of union organizations and federal agencies involved in collective bargaining. Union organizing, concerted activities, collective bargaining and contract administration will be addressed.
Prerequisite: Minimum first semester junior standing. Advisement Recommendation: Completion of Basic Skills Requirements and Knowledge Foundation courses. When Offered: Spring Credit: 3
