GST 304 - New Student Transition Theory

GST 304 provides continuing students a forum to explore and apply the strategies and tools that lead to student success and retention. This course will introduce students to the fundamentals of student development theories. Connections will be made to a network of campus providers to provide the opportunity to work collaboratively and learn about all the resources and support available to students transitioning to SUNY Oswego. Students will develop valuable skills to assist themselves and their peers to be successful.

Prerequisite: Instructor Permission: Students must be returning students and selected to be part of the participating student support program.
