POL 409 - Comparative Energy Policy This course provides an interdisciplinary understanding of current energy issues and responses to those issues. We examine energy policies of several countries and the science relating to those policies, for example, how we get energy from fossil fuels, alternative energy sources, reprocessing spent nuclear fuel, and ethanol.
Prerequisite: SUS 115 or GLS 200 or three credits in Political Science; or instructor permission. Offered: Not on a regular basis Credit: 3
