PSY 326 - Psychology of Race: Examining Racial and Ethnic Identity Development Psychological aspects of racial and ethnic identity development and personal identities of U.S. racialized groups will be explored from a psychological basis. Students will increase cultural awareness of their own and others racial and ethnic identities and will evaluate research on the role of racial and ethnic identity development in psychological processes and human behavior.
Prerequisite: PSY 100 or SOC 100. Offered: Not on a regular basis Credit: 3
