HSC 198 - BOUNCE onto Campus BOUNCE onto Campus (Behavior change, Optimizing knowledge, Utilizing Technologies, Nutrition, Counting steps, Eliminating stress) is a wellness course focusing on changing behaviors of college students to improve one’s overall wellness and prevent diseases. In this course, the student will develop skills used to adopt a healthy lifestyle geared towards maintaining weight, increasing energy levels, improving attention, decreasing stress and improving fitness.
