HIS 333 - History of Sexuality in the U.S. and Ireland This course will examine the history of sexuality in the United States and Ireland with particular attention paid to the interaction between religious institutions and the government. Topics to be discussed include the institution of marriage, birth control and abortion, LGBTQ rights, and sexual assault and abuse.
Prerequisite: Upper-division standing or Instructor Permission Offered: Not on a regular basis. Credit: 3
