BIO 311 - Ecology of Host-Microbial Interactions This course is an introduction to microbial ecology with a focus on interactions between microbes and their animal and plant hosts. Interactions will be examined from a range of viewpoints, including molecular biology, cell physiology, anatomy, developmental biology, behavioral biology, and ecology.
