GER 300 - Landeskunde (Civilization and Culture of the German-speaking World) An intermediate German course that emphasizes both cultural proficiency and the enhancement of language skills. With its wide variety of topics taken from German-language publications, the course offers students an opportunity to acquire an in-depth understanding of the social, economic, and political realities of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Prerequisite: GER 102 or instructor permission. Offered: Not on a regular basis Credit: 3
