POL 341 - Public Budgeting and Finance

This course introduces students to the institutional processes of priority setting and resource allocation, as well as the administrative techniques used to manage public finances.Topics covered include fiscal federalism, economic policy issues, tools of action, common funding mechanisms and state-of-the-art approaches to fiscal management.
