ART 408 - Graphic Design II

2009-2010 Catalog Year

An advanced studio course for graphic design majors in which students work within a microcomputer environment to prepare tight comprehensive mechanicals for use in lithographic, intaglio, or screen reproduction process. Emphasis is placed on the creative use of type, spot color, line art, and continuous tone imagery in the creative solution to problems found in industry.

PREREQ: ART 308.
OFFERED: Fall, Spring
NOTE: The critical appraisal of work and oral presentation of arguments in critiques are required.
