GRT 550 - Psychology of Death and Dying 3 Credit(s)
This course will examine the psychological implications of the
inevitability of death and the experience of death and dying from
social, economic, transpersonal, and political perspectives.
Students will be introduced to various cross-cultural and
historical interpretations of the meaning of death, and to the
multifaceted function of the death system in contemporary society. Prerequisite graduate standing or permission of the instructor. When Offered Irregular
