Advance your skills to tackle the critical challenges of child protection with SUNY Oswego’s Child Advocacy Studies Microcredential, based on the Zero Abuse Project’s CAST curriculum. This Microcredential equips individuals in front-line professions and those who interact regularly with children through their adult work — such as education, healthcare, social services, and law enforcement — with essential skills to recognize, respond to, and prevent child maltreatment.  Students gain practical knowledge to ensure children’s safety and well-being, while also learning about child protection laws, policies, and ethics, empowering them to make informed decisions and positive change.
