MGT 470 - Entrepreneurial Leadership

Entrepreneurial Leadership is an experiential, interdisciplinary course designed for students who aspire to lead, manage, and grow in entrepreneurial environments. This course goes beyond traditional classroom learning by immersing students in the operations of an ongoing business. Through direct and collaborative engagement with real-world business challenges, students will develop leadership skills, strategic decision-making abilities, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This course integrates principles from management, finance, marketing, human resources and operations, offering students a hands-on opportunity in a collaborative team environment to apply theory in a dynamic business environment.

Note: Repeatble for up to 6 credit hours.
Prerequisite: Sophomore standing; or instructor permission.
