BLW 410 - 410 - Real Estate Law

This course is a survey of Real Estate law. The course provides a comprehensive study of key topics in real estate law, essential legal terminology, residential and commercial real estate transactions, legal rights and duties associated with real estate ownership, transfer, and financing, and governmental regulation affecting real estate.

Prerequisite: BLW 280 or BLW 355 and minimum junior standing; or instructor permission.
