CHE 304 - DEI in STEM and Workplace

Examines historical, current, and emerging challenges on diversity, equity, and inclusion issues in the work environment with focus on STEM fields. It studies the topics of race, gender, social class, ethnicity, implicit bias, social justice, linguistic profiling, multidimensional identities, and intergenerational tensions and their impact on innovation, individual and organizational performance and behavior.

Prerequisite: Upper division standing or instructor permission.
