PHL 210 - Philosophy of Games, Sport and Play

This course will give students the opportunity to learn and apply philosophical tools to a variety of philosophical issues related to games such as sports, video games, board games, card games, and role playing games. Such issues include the analyses of games and play, games and narrative, the aesthetics of games, moral issues concerning play, games and reasoning, as well as games and language.
