ECE 314 - Microelectronic Circuits A hands-on approach to electronic circuits analysis, design, and development. Including diode circuits, bipolar junction transistor and field-effect transistor circuits biasing, transistor models for DC and AC operation, computer analysis, simulation, and design of microelectronic circuits. This course is taught in studio format.
Prerequisite: ECE 211 and MAT 220 (with grade C- or above in both courses). When Offered: Fall, Spring Credit: 4
