Initial study of curriculum and methods of instruction in Mathematics in grades 7-12, including the following: state and national learning standards; instructional decision-making; learning theories; curricular content; fostering growth of diverse students and students with special educational needs and English learners; technology to support learning; and field-based investigations.

Prerequisite: ADO 594, EDU 501, LIT 507
