BHI 503 - eHealth Systems

Students are introduced to Internet technologies fostering the emergence of a global health connected world. Two main topics, namely Web systems design, including usability and accessibility, and social media technologies are covered in a health context to enhance health and wellness in communities and create patient-centered or home-based informatics solutions.

Prerequisite: BHI 551; or instructor permission.
