FIN 291 - Real Estate Principles The purpose of this course is to build students’ understanding and to introduce students to the business world of real estate, including roles, activities and players, terminology, transaction processes, ethics, and how the tools, concepts, and models in real estate are used to make informed decisions.
Prerequisite: CSC 101 or 102 or ISC 110 (minimum grade of C-), and minimum first semester sophomore standing; or instructor permission. When Offered: Fall, Spring Credit: 3
