CHA 498 - Practicum in Child Advocacy


Students complete a site-based practicum at either a not-for-profit or governmental agency that promotes child advocacy and/or welfare. The course will require a learning agreement delineating how students’ pre-professional experiential activities at the practicum will further enhance their emerging knowledge, skills, and abilities in the field of child advocacy.

Prerequisite: CHA 402 and CHA 403 and a minimum 2.5 GPA; or instructor permission.
Co-requisite: N/A
