CHA 403 - Global Child Advocacy Studies This course examines how different countries conceptualize and respond to child maltreatment. Students will consider the nuanced cultural, legal, political, educational, religious, and health-related factors that play a role in shaping countries’ views of child welfare, as well as how these factors impact countries’ abilities to advocate for child safety.
Prerequisite: CHA 401; or instructor permission. Co-requisite: N/A Equivalent Course: N/A When Offered: Fall, Spring Credit: 3
