MGT 476 - Leading Diverse and Inclusive Organizations

This course will help students improve their ability to create, work within, and lead diverse teams. It also offers students the opportunity to develop their critical thinking on topics such as identity, relationships across difference, implicit bias, and explore how they relate to organizational issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Prerequisite: Minimum first semester junior standing.
