CPS 380 - Exploring Leadership Issues Through this course students will gain a broad understanding of specific historical and contemporary theories of leadership and investigate the current shift away from the dominant leadership paradigm toward an emergent leadership paradigm. As students explore these concepts they will establish, refine and articulate their own approach to the practice of leadership along with the role of ethics in leadership relationships.
Prerequisite: Minimum second semester sophomore standing. When Offered: Spring Credit: 3
