CRJ 370 - Criminal Procedure A study of criminal procedure law with emphasis on the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendments. Search and seizure, interrogation, confessions, identification, plea negotiation, exclusionary rule, and related topics will be discussed within a procedural framework beginning with arrest and culminating in the appellate process. The effect of anti-terrorism laws on criminal procedure will also be addressed.
