DNC 118 - Beginning Ballet Technique This course introduces students to ballet technique, its basic movement principles, concepts, and its historical origin and context. Students are introduced to notions of healthy movement practices to avoid injury, proper use of body alignment with anatomical principles, and overall approach to physical training in relationship to ballet.
Note: One credit course repeatable for a total of three credits. Equivalent Course: DNC 210 When Offered: Fall Credit: 1
