PHL 235 - History of Ancient Philosophy This class is an introduction to the philosophical reflections of a number of ancient cultures, including Egyptian, Indian, Chinese, Greek, and Hebrew civilizations. Such reflections include reflections on the meaningfulness of life, morality, politics, human nature, metaphysics, knowledge, and philosophy itself. Such reflection forms the foundation for the understanding of the major worldviews held by millions of people today.
