MBA 611 - Physician Practice Management

Provides students with an introduction to the management of a physician practice primarily in an outpatient setting. It will address how physician practice management differs from management in other settings, financial management, physician reimbursement systems, information systems, the regulatory environment specific to physicians and other select topics relative to a physician’s practice that would be specific to their specialty.

Prerequisite: Graduate standing.
