THT 230 - Intermediate Acting

The development of the basic techniques used working with script. The course focuses on the approaches to the actor’s work with the monologue and progresses into scene work and relationship to other actors. The class includes the beginning steps to character and play analysis as well as staging, including vocal and movement techniques.

PREREQ: THT 130 or instructor permission.
