VTP 512 - Methods of Teaching Vocational Subjects
Catalog Year 2009-2010
This course provides the student with experiences essential for
developing the competencies of effective facilitation of learning
in the vocational classroom and laboratory. Emphasis is placed on
the learning processes, curriculum implementation, skill
development, motivational methods, behavior modification,
communication, and the various techniques and procedures commonly
used in teaching vocational subjects. Additionally, individualized
and group instructional planning methods to meet the needs of all
learners are studied and practiced.
