HLE 550 - Higher Education and the Law

Students will be introduced to the fundamental aspects of public and private law that impact post-secondary institutions. Specific attention will be given to inequitable laws and policies that affect vulnerable populations, and how to work toward building and/or maintaining a campus that has fair and non-discriminatory practices.

Prerequisite: Graduate Standing.
