HLE 500 - Cultivating Effective Leadership
This course introduces various theories and approaches to leadership in the context of higher education. Emphasis is placed on approaching leadership through the lenses of diversity, equity, inclusion, individual differences and social justice. Topics such as transformational leadership, leading change on campus and ethics will also be covered.
