CRJ 220 - Intro to Courts & Judicial Process This course provides an introduction to the philosophy and process of American criminal courts. It will examine the functions, structures, and processes of the trial and appellate courts and examine the role and influence of the U.S. Supreme Court on the administration of justice. It will explain the legal actors involved and the different perspectives each brings to the court process
Prerequisite: CRJ 101 or instructor permission. Offered: Fall, Spring Credit: 3
