THT 330 - The Development of Characterization

2016-2017 Catalog Year:

The application of basic emotional and technical training to the creation of characterization. Analysis of written text and character function within the text. Performance of exercises and scenes directed toward actor transformation into character. Introduction of playing techniques sensitive to the relationship between actors.

Prerequisite: THT 230; or instructor permission.
