Topics include the theory of natural selection, comparative brain evolution, learning and language, aggression and violence, conflict within families and other groups, sexual selection, attraction, mating and reproduction, altruism, cooperation and the foundations of culture with emphasis on animal behavior and evolution as a model for understanding human development and behavior
