CHE 313 - Chemistry and Art

2010-2011 Catalog Year

This course is an interdisciplinary study of the properties of materials that are used to create works of art. Emphasis will be on the physical and chemical properties of paint, glass, paper, ceramics, metals and plastics.

PREREQ: Upper division standing or instructor permission.
OFFERED: Fall and Spring.
NOTE: The course will consist of three-credit combinations of lecture, laboratory and seminar.
