TEL 441 - Electronics Interfacing and Control


2009-2010 Catalog Year

Theory and hands-on exercise of electronic sensing and control using discrete components as well as microcomputer control applications. Emphasis is placed on general system principles, input sensing, transducers, switching, counting, positioning, and control. Digital and analog theory as well as introduction to industrial electronics, basic mechanics, and robotics will be addressed.

PREREQ: TEL 240 or instructor permission.
