CHE 475 - Geochemistry

A study of the chemical composition of the earth and how it changes in space and time.

PREREQ: CHE 341 or GEO 310.
EQUIVALENT COURSE: GEO 475
OFFERED: Spring
NOTE: Topics include the use of isotopes for dating natural substances, applications of thermodynamics to natural water chemistry, and the chemical processes involved in the formation of minerals and rocks.
