FIN 427 - Management of Financial Institutions 3 Credits
This course uses modern finance theory to study the specific
management problems facing financial intermediaries such as banks,
savings institutions, insurance companies and pension funds. Topics
covered include asset and liability management, the pricing of
services, the management of risk, funding of assets, capital
adequacy and regulation. Prerequisite: FIN 325. When Offered: Spring
