ANT 300 - Sex and Gender Across Cultures2009-2010 Catalog Year This course explores sex and gender as these concepts are socially and culturally constructed within and across multiple cultures. Emphasizing critical and thoughtful reading, analysis, and discussion, the course addresses how shared understandings of gender, sexuality, ethnicity, and class affect people's identities, opportunities, and experiences in their social worlds.
